Dr Shiraev performs both open and minimally invasive endovascular procedures to treat a range of vascular conditions.

Dr Shiraev will always recommend non-operative management first, if appropriate. This usually involves medications or lifestyle changes. If this is not successful or a patients’ condition is more severe, only then will the option of an operation be discussed.
